I am here to assist individuals and communities with services that help to install long term values into the fabric of our everyday being.
My business is connected to expanding love, consciousness, connection and self-acceptance. These are corner stone tools that society has been deprived off. I am part of a world team of people who are consciously helping humanity to become reacquainted with these corner stones in a big way!
In the mid 1990’s, I trained in Belfast for four years qualifying in many professional modalities as a therapist and a holistic practitioner, all are listed below. I achieved many goals, ambitions and dreams within this period, running a thriving business and winning awards in my field. My first business venture Serene Retreat, Holistic Health and Beauty Clinic operated in Omagh, from 1999 for 13 years bringing me up to 2012.
From 2013 my holistic work and integration evolved to work with people on a more energetic level through the modalities of colour, infant massage and providing community workshops in aromatherapy, colour care and well-being.
I have spent time within the volunteer sectors of various different community groups and I have also been highly involved with work that honors and protects nature for the future generations.
In 1998, whilst I worked on the cruise ships I had the opportunity to visit the island of Cozumel, just of Mexico and I got to explore the Ancient Mayan Goddess sites. In 2017, I was guided to participate in a charity event that included walking the Peru Inca trail for 5 days and 4 nights. Unexpectedly I received a tremendous personal healing from a trauma I carried whilst connecting to the mountainous landscapes of Peru [which is quite similar in places to our own beautiful Sperrins]. Much of this same healing vibration is equally available and held in our own ancient landscapes and plants.
Extensive training’s, work and qualifications have resulted in me meeting many beautiful and professional people over the years. The people I meet are on a path or mission to better life for their community and for all of humanity. I am just another cog in that wheel and look forward to assisting you in any way I can.
